All packs sold on ElmouketPacks are digital products. Because they are delivered instantly and can be downloaded right away, our refund policy works a little differently from a physical goods store.
As the content is digital and accessible immediately after purchase, we're unable to offer refunds simply for a change of mind once a pack has been delivered.
If the files you received are corrupted, incomplete, or don't match the pack you ordered, contact us within 14 days of purchase at contact@elmouketpacks.store with your order number. We'll fix the delivery or, if that isn't possible, refund the order.
If you didn't receive your pack after payment was confirmed, check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We'll re-send the pack or issue a refund if we can't resolve the delivery issue.
If you are a consumer shopping from the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content supplied immediately after purchase, this right ends once download has started and you have acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal by doing so. Where that acknowledgement wasn't given, the standard 14-day withdrawal period applies.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
