By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence to buy from us. Any information you give us at checkout or through the contact form must be accurate and up to date.
We make a reasonable effort to describe and preview each pack accurately, but colours, layouts, and file appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and software. Product images and descriptions on this site are for illustration and may be updated over time.
All prices are shown in euros and include or exclude tax as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price shown at the moment you complete your order is the price you pay. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider — we do not store your full card details.
All packs are digital and delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout, generally within a few minutes of payment confirmation. See our Shipping Policy for details.
When you buy a pack, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the included assets in your own personal or client projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the source files themselves, claim authorship of the original templates, or share your download with people who haven't purchased it.
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Because our products are digital, refund eligibility is more limited than for physical goods.
You agree not to use the Services for anything unlawful, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site, or to misuse the assets in a way that infringes someone else's rights.
To the extent permitted by law, ElmouketPacks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or the packs you purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
