Every pack sold on ElmouketPacks is a digital product — there is nothing physical to ship, so there are no shipping carriers, shipping fees, or tracking numbers involved in any order.
Once your payment is confirmed, your pack is delivered electronically to the email address you used at checkout. Most orders arrive within a few minutes; occasionally payment processing adds a short delay.
You're responsible for entering a valid, correctly spelled email address at checkout. If you typed it incorrectly, get in touch and we'll re-send your files to the right address once it's confirmed.
